What is in my monthly candle box? $50+ worth of candle goodness each month! Each month, we'll send you a subscription box with our Refill of the Month and a 2 oz wax melt! The contents of the boxes are exclusive and always hand-selected by our candle team. ❤

How frequently do I receive my box? You'll receive a box each month that will be shipped on the first business day of the month.

Can I cancel/pause at any time, and when do I get billed? Yes, you can cancel or PAUSE your subscription anytime through a link in your email (check order confirmation). Or you can log into your account on the home page as described below.

How can I manage my subscription?  On our home page in the top right corner, click the person icon. You then create an account or log into your existing account. Click "My Subscriptions". You can change your Subscription Box options to find a different one that works best for you!  

How can I get support? Having issues? Email himarmeez@marmeez.com and we will reply as quickly as possible. 

When do I get billed for the upcoming month? You'll be billed the same day of each month - This takes place on the 25th for the upcoming subscription. 

Will you send me tracking information? Not only that, we will send you a confirmation that we also received your subscription order each time!
